To become a member, use your ESNcard number and the local code given by your section. If they do not match the official register, the team reviews your request.

Your tickets and QR codes are in My tickets. Open your ticket to request a refund within the allowed period. The section decides the request.

Use your profile to update your details or the button on a photo to request removal. For event issues or requests about your data, contact your ESN section through its usual channels.
