Your global account stores your name, email and language. Each section accesses memberships and purchases in its own community, according to team permissions.

Membership verification uses your ESNcard and section code. We do not store identity documents or passports: these columns are ignored on import.

Purchase and account notifications are transactional. You can disable each section’s news in your profile. Private galleries require authorisation.
